Workspace and Account Management
AI Rankia uses a workspace model to organize brands, team members, and data. Here's how to manage your account, invite
team members, and work with multiple brands.
Your profile
Go to Profile in the sidebar to manage:
- Display name and email
- Password changes
- Notification preferences
- Login methods (email/password or social login)
Workspaces
A workspace is an isolated environment for one brand or client. Each workspace has its own:
- Brand project configuration
- Monitored prompts and results
- Credit usage tracking
- Team member access
Workspace limits by plan:
- Starter and Pro: 1 workspace
- Plus: 3 workspaces
- Premium: 10 workspaces
To switch between workspaces (if your plan supports multiple), use the workspace selector in the top navigation.
Team members and seats
On Plus and Premium plans, you can invite team members to your workspace:
1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
2. Navigate to team/workspace settings
3. Invite members by email address
4. Each invited member gets their own login and can access all tools within the workspace
Seat limits by plan:
- Starter and Pro: 1 seat (owner only)
- Plus: 5 seats per workspace
- Premium: 25 seats per workspace
All team members share the workspace's credit pool.
Data export
Every table and dashboard in AI Rankia can be exported. Look for the export button on any data view to download results
as CSV. This is useful for:
- Client reporting
- Importing data into spreadsheets or BI tools
- Archiving historical visibility data
API access
Premium plans include access to the AI Rankia REST API at api.airankia.com. The API allows you to:
- Run prompt analyses programmatically
- Retrieve monitoring results
- Integrate AI visibility data into your own dashboards or workflows
API keys can be generated from your account settings.
Settings
The Settings page lets you configure:
- Workspace name and branding
- Default country and language for new prompts
- Billing and subscription management
- Team member invitations and permissions
Billing management
From your profile or settings, you can:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
- Purchase pay-as-you-go credit packs
- View billing history and invoices
- Update payment method (processed through Stripe)
Data privacy and security
- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
- AI Rankia is GDPR-ready
- Your brand data and monitoring results are never used to train AI models
- Each workspace's data is isolated from other workspaces and accounts
