Can I use AI Rankia for multiple brands or clients?
Yes. The Plus plan ($249/mo) supports 3 workspaces with 5 seats each, and the Premium plan ($699/mo) supports up to 10 workspaces with 25 seats — ideal for agencies. Each workspace has its own Brand Project, prompts, and credit tracking.
How often are prompts monitored?
You choose per prompt: daily or weekly. Each run consumes credits based on the models selected. Daily monitoring gives faster trend detection but uses more credits.

AI Rankia's Query Fan-Out tool (5 credits) shows you the exact sub-queries, and you can enrich each one (1 credit) to see if your brand appears.
What does the Brand Project setup require?
The Brand Project captures: brand name, website URL, industry, business subcategory, entity type, business description, product/service offering, main country, other countries, competitors (up to 10), brand name variations, social media links, and a brand call-to-action. This data powers all AI analysis and prompt suggestions.
Is my data secure?
AI Rankia uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), is GDPR-ready, and never uses your data to train AI models. Each workspace's data is isolated. VPN/proxy detection protects against abuse.
